David Rodas, founder of Fusion Serve, brings a Wealth of Experience and a Passion for Innovation in the Food Service Industry. 

His Entrepreneurial Journey began with a Small Downtown Diner, where he faced challenges such as limited parking, low foot-traffic, and staffing issues. 

A Pivotal Opportunity to provide meal service to a commercial location sparked a transformation in his business model.

When the Covid-19 pandemic forced the closure of his growing operation in 2021, David reimagined his vision, shifting from a single contracted location to launching Fusion Serve!

A Network of Food Trucks, Kiosks, and Vendor Supported Services aimed at Enhancing Workplace Dining and Empowering Food Entrepreneurs. 

His commitment to Local Vendors and creating seamless Dining Experiences for Employees and Truck Drivers across the Cumberland Valley has fueled the creation of a Community-Driven platform that benefits all Stakeholders.

David’s leadership has been instrumental in shaping Fusion Serve’s mission ;

  3. Oversee investor relations and funding initiatives

  1. Drive product and service innovation
  2. Identify and implement new technologies
  3. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement

II. Fusion Serve Corporate Responsibilities

A. Operations Management

  1. Oversee daily operations of all services
  2. Manage and optimize the Fusion B2B Kiosk System
  3. Ensure efficient delivery of the "Eat Suite" services

B. Vendor Management

  1. Recruit and onboard new vendors
  2. Manage vendor relationships and performance
  3. Implement and oversee the Start-Up Equipment Buy-Back Program

C. Client Relations

  1. Manage relationships with commercial location clients
  2. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  3. Address and resolve client issues promptly

D. Financial Management

  1. Oversee company finances and budgeting
  2. Manage revenue sharing with vendors and filmmakers
  3. Allocate funds for ad spend and marketing initiatives

E. Marketing and Promotion

  1. Recruit and train marketing agents (film makers, appointment setters and closers)
  2. Provide ongoing training and development
  3. Set and monitor performance metrics

B. Fusion Film Makers

  1. Recruit talented filmmakers and content creators
  2. Provide resources and support for skill development
  3. Manage the Fusion Film Maker's growth program
